ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying systemic sclerosis, a rare autoimmune disease that affects the skin and internal organs. The goal of the study is to collect important information about patients' health over time and gather biological samples, such as blood, stool, and skin swabs. These samples will help researchers learn more about the disease and how it affects the body.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be adults diagnosed with systemic sclerosis according to specific medical guidelines. They should also be receiving care at the Brest University Hospital's specialized center for rare autoimmune diseases and must agree to participate by signing a consent form. During the study, participants can expect to provide health information and biological samples, which will be used to improve understanding and treatment of systemic sclerosis. It's important to know that certain individuals, like minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with very low hemoglobin levels, cannot participate in this trial.
