ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how an 8-week strength training program can help people with fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a condition that causes widespread pain and other symptoms, and researchers want to see if building muscle strength can improve balance, movement, and overall symptoms for those affected.
To participate, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a medical diagnosis of fibromyalgia. However, if you have serious health issues, heart problems, or have recently had surgery or fractures, you may not be eligible. Participants in the trial can expect to engage in a structured strength training program designed to help improve their physical abilities and manage fibromyalgia symptoms. The trial is currently looking for volunteers, and everyone is welcome to apply, regardless of gender.
