ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at two types of stitches—absorbable and non-absorbable—that are used during a specific lung surgery called bronchial sleeve resection. This surgery is an option for patients with lung cancer when the tumors are located near the airway but are not too advanced. The goal of the study is to find out which type of stitch works better and leads to fewer complications during and after the surgery.

To participate in this trial, you need to be between 18 and 75 years old and have a certain type of lung cancer that meets specific criteria. You should also be in good health overall, meaning your heart and lungs are functioning well enough for surgery. If you decide to join, you will be closely monitored throughout the process, and you'll be asked to sign an informed consent form to ensure you understand the study and agree to participate. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so if you or someone you know might be interested, it could be a good opportunity to contribute to valuable research in lung cancer treatment.
