ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a program called VA S.A.V.E., which is designed to help friends and family members of Veterans learn how to prevent suicide. It focuses on teaching these close supports how to recognize warning signs of suicidal thoughts, ask the right questions, validate feelings, and encourage the Veteran to seek professional help. This training aims to empower loved ones to play a significant role in supporting Veterans who may be struggling with their mental health.
