ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a method to help preserve the bone in the jaw after a tooth is removed. When a tooth is extracted, the bone around it can shrink significantly, which can create issues for future dental implants. The researchers want to see how effective different bone grafting materials are in helping to maintain the quality of the new bone that forms in the area where the tooth was taken out. They will be comparing a specific method called the Autologous Dentin Matrix (ADM) to see if it can help create enough strong new bone for dental implants.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be between 18 and 70 years old and need to have a tooth that requires extraction due to reasons like infection or damage. They should also have good oral hygiene. However, people under 18, pregnant women, and those with severe health issues will not be included. Participants in this trial will have their treatment plan discussed with them before surgery, and they will sign a consent form to participate. If you join the study, you can expect to contribute to important research that may help many others facing similar dental issues in the future.
