ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how an augmented reality (AR) exercise program can help older adults improve their physical fitness and brain function. The AR program uses technology to create interactive exercises that may make workouts more engaging. The researchers want to see if this type of exercise can enhance important skills like strength, balance, flexibility, and even memory and decision-making abilities.
To participate in this study, you need to be 60 years or older and able to live independently at home. Unfortunately, if you have certain neurological disorders, cognitive impairments, or health issues that limit your ability to exercise, you won't be eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to take part in exercises using AR, alongside traditional workouts, while some participants will not receive any exercise program at all, which helps researchers compare the results. This study has not started recruiting participants yet, but it aims to find out if AR can make a positive difference in the lives of older adults.
