ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a type of therapy called dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help people who struggle with emotional dysregulation (ED). ED can cause intense emotions like anger and irritability, which can lead to challenges in daily life and relationships. The researchers at the University Hospitals of Strasbourg want to see how well this therapy works for a French population, as it is not commonly practiced or studied in France.
To participate, individuals must be at least 18 years old and have taken part in a GREMO therapy group session between January 2018 and December 2023. Participants should also be comfortable with their data being used for research purposes. If eligible, participants can expect to be part of a supportive group setting where they will learn skills to better manage their emotions. This trial is currently seeking volunteers, and it aims to improve the understanding and treatment of emotional dysregulation in France.
