ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is designed to help patients with chronic diseases take their medications more regularly. Researchers want to see if a simple, clear message delivered by trained healthcare professionals can improve how well patients follow their treatment plans. The goal is to achieve a 15% increase in adherence to medications over six months. The message will focus on three key points that encourage patients to stick to their treatment.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be adults aged 18 or older, covered by the French social security system, and currently receiving care for a chronic condition in a hospital setting. They must also agree to take part in the study by signing a consent form. Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or participating in other research studies on medication adherence will not be included. If you join the trial, you can expect to receive guidance and support from healthcare professionals aimed at helping you manage your treatment better.
