This clinical trial is exploring how pharmaceutical care can help improve the quality of life for individuals using certain medications for mental health issues, specifically those known as psycholeptics and psychoanaleptics. The researchers want to understand if addressing problems related to these medications, especially side effects, can lead to better overall well-being for patients in primary care settings.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult aged 18 or older who lives in Istrian County, Croatia, and is currently using these types of medications. Unfortunately, if you are a minor, hospitalized during the study, unable to live independently, or cannot participate for three months, you won't be eligible to join. If you do participate, you can expect to receive support and care aimed at enhancing your health and quality of life while taking these medications.

- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Adult participants (years 18+)
- • Usage of psycholeptic or psychoanaleptic medicines
- • Residence in Istrian County (Croatia)
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Minor participants
- • Hospitalization during study participation
- • Unable to live by themselves
- • Unable to participate in study for 3 months
