ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new type of dental material called a bulk filling flowable composite, which is designed to help prevent tooth decay, especially in deep areas near the gums. The researchers want to see if this material can reduce the risk of cavities returning after dental work on certain molars, particularly those with deep gum margins. The trial will look at how well this material works in terms of releasing fluoride, which helps strengthen teeth, and its ability to prevent bacteria from forming, ultimately improving the success of dental restorations and promoting better gum health.
To participate in the trial, adults aged 20 to 50 who maintain good oral hygiene will be considered. Participants should not have any serious dental problems like irreversible pulpitis or significant tooth movement needs, and they must agree to be part of the study. If you join, you can expect to receive dental care using this new material while helping researchers understand its effectiveness. Overall, this trial aims to find better ways to keep teeth healthy and reduce the chances of cavities in challenging areas.
