ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial, called the UCD PLAN'EAT Living Lab, is focused on helping university students develop healthier and more sustainable eating habits. Researchers want to see how effective the Living Lab is in promoting these dietary changes and whether students find it easy and enjoyable to participate. They will compare how students’ diets change based on their level of involvement in the program, looking at those who engage more versus those who engage less.

To be eligible for this study, participants need to be between 18 and 30 years old and a student at UCD's Belfield Campus. They should be generally healthy and not have any serious medical conditions that could affect the study’s results. If you join the study, you can expect to take part in various activities designed to improve your eating habits and share your experiences with the program. Overall, this trial aims to support students in making positive dietary choices that can benefit their health and the environment.
