This clinical trial is testing a new digital app designed to help community health workers and other non-specialist providers improve their skills in counseling people with anxiety or depression. The app aims to make these providers feel more confident and supported as they deliver therapy, and the study will explore how the app can best assist them in their work.

People who are 18 years or older, speak English, and have already completed a specific training called EMPOWER Behavioral Activation may be eligible to join. Participants will take part in virtual meetings and use the app as part of their ongoing work in counseling. This study is currently recruiting volunteers and is open to all genders. If you’re someone who fits these criteria and is interested in helping improve mental health support in your community, this trial might be a good fit.

  • 18 years of age or older;
  • English-speaking; and
  • Completed EMPOWER Behavioral Activation training
  • Exclusion Criteria:
