ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how being more aware and mindful while eating—paying close attention to the experience of eating—relates to making healthy and environmentally friendly food choices among university students. The goal is to see if students who practice mindful eating are more likely to choose foods that are good for their health and also better for the planet. The study also looks at whether students who are physically active tend to have more sustainable eating habits.
If you are between 18 and 25 years old, live in Ankara, and can communicate easily, you might be eligible to join this study. Participants will be asked about their eating habits, mindfulness while eating, and physical activity. This study hopes to help young adults learn more about sustainable nutrition—food choices that support both personal health and the environment—especially since this age is important for developing lifelong habits.
