This clinical trial is studying a new computer program designed to help doctors predict the best position for hip implants during total hip replacement surgery. The goal is to see how accurate this software is by comparing its measurements to those taken from X-rays after surgery.

People who are 18 years or older and scheduled to have a total hip replacement may be eligible to join the study. However, those with certain unusual bone structures, existing implants, or who cannot have a standing X-ray might not be able to participate. If you take part, the software will be used during your surgery, and the results will be compared with your X-rays afterward to see how well the program works. This study is not yet recruiting participants but aims to improve the way hip replacements are planned and performed in the future.

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • 1. Scheduled for THA
• • 2. Age of 18 or above
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • 1. Patients with anatomical conditions which reduce the applicability of the software
• • 2. Patients with implants which reduce the applicability of the software
• • 3. Patients who cannot perform an upright X-ray
