ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding and studying various bone and mineral disorders, including conditions like Tumor Induced Osteomalacia, Osteomalacia, and Familial Tumoral Calcinosis. The goal is to collect bone samples and gather more knowledge about these conditions to improve care and treatment options for patients with skeletal diseases. If you or someone you know has a known or suspected bone disease or mineral metabolism disorder, you may be eligible to participate in this study.
To qualify, participants must be at least one day old and show signs of bone problems, such as fractures or abnormal findings on imaging tests like X-rays or MRIs. They may also have abnormal levels of minerals in their blood or urine. If you join the study, you will undergo standard medical evaluations, which may include a medical history review, physical exams, and routine tests. Bone samples will be collected during any necessary surgical procedures or through a small biopsy if needed. This study does not involve any experimental treatments, but it aims to enhance our understanding of bone health for everyone involved.
