This clinical trial is focused on gathering important information about various orthopaedic conditions, such as osteoarthritis (a joint disease), osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer), scoliosis (a curvature of the spine), and cerebral palsy (a condition affecting movement and coordination). The goal is to collect data that will help improve treatment and rehabilitation for these musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. This information will be collected during regular visits to the University of Florida and Shands Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute.
If you are a patient receiving care at this institute, you may be eligible to participate in this study. There are no exclusions, so everyone who is interested can join by signing a consent form, which means you agree to take part in the study. As a participant, you can expect to contribute to valuable research that could enhance the understanding and treatment of these conditions for others in the future. Your involvement is completely voluntary, and your regular care will continue as usual.

- • All patients seen in the UF\&Shands Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute will be asked to sign an informed consent.

- • No exclusions, all patients interested in participation will be asked to sign an informed consent.
