ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on collecting medical information and tissue samples from patients who have pancreatic cancer or other pancreatic disorders, such as islet cell tumors. The goal is to gather data that could help doctors find better ways to identify people at risk for these conditions in the future. If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer or has a suspicious pancreatic mass, you may be eligible to participate in this study.
To join the trial, participants need to be between the ages of 18 and 89, be able to read and understand English, and be mentally capable of providing consent. It's important that participants have not donated blood in the last 8 weeks and have had enough time since any recent surgeries or blood transfusions. Those who take part can expect to provide blood and tissue samples, which will be stored and analyzed to help improve future screening and treatment methods. This trial is currently recruiting, and participation could contribute to valuable research that may benefit many people in the future.
