ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on studying hairy cell leukemia and other types of blood cancers, like chronic lymphocytic leukemia and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Researchers want to collect samples such as blood, urine, and tissue from patients with these cancers, as well as from healthy volunteers. These samples will help scientists learn more about these diseases and work on developing new treatments using a special type of drug called immunotoxins, which can target and kill cancer cells.
To participate, you need to be at least 18 years old and either have been diagnosed with a blood cancer or be a healthy volunteer with no history of such diseases. If you are a patient, you will be asked to provide various samples as needed, while healthy volunteers will only need to provide blood and urine samples. It’s important to note that this trial is not providing any treatment; it's purely for research purposes. Additionally, if you are pregnant, you won't be eligible to participate. This study is currently recruiting participants, and your involvement could help advance cancer research significantly.
