ClinConnect Summary
The Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction Database trial is studying how neurological conditions, like injuries or diseases affecting the nervous system, can lead to problems with bladder function. These issues can significantly impact a person's quality of life. The goal of this study is to gather information on patients experiencing these symptoms at the University of Zürich, to better understand their condition and improve treatment options.
To participate in this trial, you need to be a patient at Balgrist University Hospital or University Hospital Zürich, have undergone a specific test called a urodynamic examination (which checks how well your bladder and urinary system are working), and provide written consent to join the study. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and anyone aged between 18 and over is welcome, regardless of gender. If you decide to take part, you can expect to help researchers collect valuable data that may lead to improved treatments for people suffering from similar bladder issues in the future.
