ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding how pregnancy affects women who have rare diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune conditions. Researchers want to find out more about the complications that can arise during these pregnancies and how to better manage the care of these women. Currently, there is little information about the effects of pregnancy in women with these diseases, making it difficult for doctors to provide consistent and effective care.
To be eligible for this study, women must have a confirmed rare or systemic disease and be either pregnant or undergoing a medically assisted conception procedure. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to a large study that aims to improve pregnancy management for women with these conditions. This research hopes to enhance both the health of mothers and their babies by providing better care and understanding of the challenges faced during pregnancy. If you or someone you know fits this description, joining the study could be a valuable way to help improve future care for women in similar situations.
