ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating how the effects of cannabis, specifically a compound called Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), may differ between women and men. Researchers want to understand how these differences might affect how each gender responds to cannabis. The study is currently looking for participants who are generally healthy, have used cannabis at least once in their life, and are between the ages of 18 and 75. However, women who are currently taking hormone treatments or have serious stressors in their lives won't be eligible to join.
If you decide to participate, you can expect to undergo some assessments to ensure you meet the study's health requirements. The study aims to gather important information that could help in better understanding how cannabis interacts with different genders, which could lead to more personalized approaches to cannabis use in the future. It's a great opportunity to contribute to research that may shed light on important health differences between men and women.
