ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new way to take clearer images of the lungs using a special type of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) called Ultra Short Echo Time (UTE). The study has two main goals: first, to improve how we capture pictures of the lungs, and second, to gather images and health information from lungs affected by various diseases to compare them with healthy lungs. This information will help researchers and doctors better understand lung health and disease.
If you or your child is between the ages of 5 and 26 and can follow MRI instructions, you might be eligible to participate. The study involves just one MRI session, which will take about 10 to 30 minutes. In some cases, participants may also take a breathing test to see how well their lungs are working. Before joining, participants will need to provide consent and meet certain health criteria. It's important to note that individuals with certain health conditions or who are pregnant may not be eligible. Your participation could contribute to important findings in lung health!
