ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how effective the hospital's Rapid Response Team is when patients need urgent medical help. The Rapid Response Team is a group of healthcare professionals who quickly respond to patients in the hospital who show signs of serious illness or distress. The researchers want to gather information about patients who are activated for this emergency support to understand better how the team helps improve patient care.
To be part of this study, patients need to be admitted to the general wards of Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and monitored by the in-hospital rapid response system. Unfortunately, patients in pediatric wards, emergency rooms, intensive care units, or operating rooms are not eligible. If you or someone you know meets these criteria and participates, you can expect to have your experiences and health data collected to help improve hospital emergency care in the future. The trial is currently recruiting participants of all genders and is open to adults aged 54 and older.
