This clinical trial is focused on finding specific markers in the blood and tissue of patients with various vascular anomalies, which are unusual growths or formations of blood vessels. Conditions being studied include generalized lymphatic anomaly, kaposiform hemangioendothelioma, and several others. If you or a family member are between the ages of 1 and older and are having blood tests or surgery for these vascular issues, you may be eligible to participate in this study. Participants will have blood drawn and tissue samples taken if they agree to join. There are no specific exclusions for this trial, making it more accessible for many patients. By participating, you could help contribute valuable information that may benefit future patients with similar conditions.

- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Any patient having labs drawn as standard of care will have blood drawn for the study if consented/ assented.
- • All patients who are undergoing a surgical procedure or sclerotherapy are currently consented for participation in the tissue bank.
