  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • Patients with upper rectal tumors.
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • Low and mid rectal cancer
  • Splenic flexure tumors, descending colon cancer,
  • patients with associated lesions in the right or transverse colon
  • Emergency cases.
