ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on collecting blood samples to help researchers better understand liver diseases, particularly conditions like Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), hepatitis, and fatty liver. The goal is to create a biorepository, which is a collection of high-quality samples such as serum and liver tissue, that scientists can use for future studies. This research is important because it aims to uncover how these diseases affect the liver, potentially leading to better treatments in the future.
If you or your child are between the ages of 25 and 56 and have liver diseases or even if you don't have any liver issues, you might be eligible to participate. However, this study is not open to vulnerable groups such as infants, pregnant women, or individuals who cannot provide consent. Participants will simply provide blood samples, and there are no treatments or medications involved. Your contributions could play a vital role in advancing our understanding of liver health!
