ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the genetic changes that can cause melanocytic nevi, which are commonly known as moles. The researchers want to learn more about the specific genetic mutations by examining DNA from skin samples of these moles as well as from blood samples. This information could help us understand why some moles develop and how they might change over time.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have melanocytic nevi. Unfortunately, if you are under 18, do not have any moles, or are taking medication that affects blood clotting, you won't be able to take part. If you join, you will provide small samples of skin and blood, which will be used to help researchers identify the genetic factors involved. The study is currently looking for participants, and your involvement could contribute to important findings in skin health.
