ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special online brain training program called Lumosity can help improve thinking and memory skills in patients who have survived hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), a type of treatment for blood cancers. The study aims to find out if patients are interested in learning about their genetic risks for cognitive problems after their treatment.
To participate, you need to be at least 21 years old, have had an allogeneic HCT at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) within the last 3 to 6 months, and be able to use a computer with internet access. The trial is open to all genders and is currently recruiting participants. If you join, you will be using the Lumosity program to work on your brain skills, and you may also be asked about your interest in genetic information related to cognitive health. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to research that may help others in the future!
