  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • Children \< 7 years old who scheduled for general anesthesia using supraglottic airway
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • Children who require tracheal intubation
  • Emergency operation without NPO
  • History of C-spine surgery or disease
  • History of Esophageal disease or surgery
