- Inclusion Criteria:
- • referred for colonoscopy
- • signed informed consent
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • subtotal colectomy
- • known colorectal tumor or polyp prior to colonoscopy
- • genetic predisposition to colon cancer namely FAP, HNPCC, Hyperplastic polyposis syndrome, juvenile polyposis, Peutz-Jeghers syndrome
- • inflammatory bowel disease
- • primary sclerosering cholangitis
