The NutriNet-Santé Study is an important research project aimed at understanding how our diet and nutrition affect our overall health. This study is unique because it is conducted online and involves a large number of participants—over 171,000 people as of 2021. Researchers are looking closely at what people eat and how their eating habits relate to various health outcomes. By gathering this information, they hope to uncover valuable insights that can help improve health and nutrition recommendations for everyone.

Anyone aged 15 and older can participate in this study, as long as they have access to the internet. If you join, you will be asked to fill out detailed surveys about your diet, lifestyle, and health. This is a great opportunity to contribute to important health research while learning more about how your own eating habits might affect your health.
