ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of two types of mouthwash in reducing harmful germs in the mouth. One mouthwash contains a substance called Tropolone, while the other is a standard mouthwash called CHX 0.2%. The goal is to see which mouthwash works better at keeping the mouth healthier and reducing bacteria that can cause dental diseases.

To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 45 years old and generally healthy, without any serious medical conditions. You should not have used any mouthwash or other antimicrobial products for at least two weeks before the trial. Participants will be asked to stop their usual oral hygiene practices for two to four days before starting the study. If you join, you’ll help researchers understand how different mouthwashes can improve dental health, and you might receive a free dental check-up in the process!
