• Inclusion Criteria:

• • Attending for an elective procedure requiring general anaesthesia
• • Prior radiotherapy to the neck
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • General anaesthesia is not the primary airway plan
• • Previously known difficult intubation
• • Patient refusal
