ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at whether listening to music while running can change how our bodies move and the forces we put on the ground. Researchers want to see if music affects things like how hard our feet hit the ground and our overall running style. The trial is currently recruiting healthy individuals aged 18 to 35 who have a moderate level of fitness, meaning they regularly engage in physical activities like running or brisk walking.

If you choose to participate, you'll be asked to run on a treadmill while listening to music. It's important that you do not have any hearing problems or conditions that would make running unsafe. This study could help us understand better how music influences physical activity, which might benefit future runners. If you're interested and meet the eligibility criteria, this could be a great opportunity to contribute to research on running and music!
