ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the differences in gut and skin bacteria between people with vitiligo, a skin condition that causes loss of color, and individuals without the disease. The researchers want to find out if the bacteria in the bodies of vitiligo patients differ from those in healthy individuals. They are looking for participants who are between 18 and 89 years old, including those with active or stable vitiligo and healthy controls of the same age and sex.

If you decide to join this study, you will help researchers gather important information about the microbiome, which is the collection of bacteria living in our bodies. Participants will be asked to provide samples, and you will receive guidance and support throughout the process. The study is currently recruiting, and your involvement could contribute to a better understanding of vitiligo and its progression.
