ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on collecting information about patients with Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST), a type of tumor found in the digestive tract. The study is taking place in various hospitals in Taiwan and aims to gather data through an online system to better understand this condition over time. The trial is currently looking for participants who are at least 20 years old and have been diagnosed with GIST between January 2010 and December 2020.
If you or someone you know has GIST and is interested in participating, you would need to provide consent to share your health information for this study. Participants will be contributing to valuable research that could help improve the understanding and treatment of GIST in the future. It’s important to note that if a patient is unable to provide consent or is not expected to stay in touch for follow-up due to other health issues, they may not be eligible for this trial.
