The C.A.P.A.B.L.E. study is designed to help cancer survivors improve their health and well-being through a special program that focuses on cross-training, which combines different types of exercise. Researchers believe that this program can lead to better physical abilities, healthier body composition, and an overall improved quality of life compared to the standard guidelines provided by the American Cancer Society for cancer survivors.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have been diagnosed with invasive cancer. It's important that you have your doctor's approval to join, whether you are currently undergoing treatment or have completed it. Participants will need to have their own transportation to attend the program sessions. If you decide to take part, you can expect to engage in various exercises and activities designed to enhance your fitness and help you feel better overall. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, and it welcomes individuals of all genders.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Aged 18 years or older at time of program recruitment
- • Diagnosed with an invasive cancer
- • Cleared from their physician to participate in the program (We assume that most patients will have completed treatment, however if a patient is currently under treatment, this should be their oncologist. If the patient is not currently undergoing treatment, this could be primary care physician or oncologist).
- • Available transportation to and from the facility on session days
