This clinical trial is studying the relationship between benign gallbladder diseases (conditions that aren't cancer but affect the gallbladder) and the risk of developing gallbladder cancer. Researchers want to understand how early treatment and prevention of these benign conditions might help reduce the chance of cancer later on. The study aims to enroll 100,000 participants, half of whom will have been diagnosed with a benign gallbladder disease, while the other half will be healthy individuals.

To be eligible for this study, participants need to be between 18 and 80 years old and can either have a benign gallbladder disease found during a medical checkup or be healthy with no gallbladder issues. Those interested will need to sign a consent form to participate. If you join the study, you can expect to provide information about your health and undergo follow-up assessments. It's important to note that individuals with certain severe health conditions or those who do not wish to follow up after their initial participation will not be included in the study.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Subjects who met the following four criteria entered the study.
• • 1. A benign gallbladder disease is detected during a medical examination or visit (according to any imaging test);
• • 2. healthy people without gallbladder disease;
• • 3. Age greater than 18 years and less than 80 years old;
• • 4. Sign the informed consent form. PS: If someone meets the condition (1) or (2), then he can be enrolled.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Subjects can not enter the study by combining any of the following
• • 1. Concomitant diseases such as severe mental illness, severe heart, lung and kidney;
• • 2. Refusal of follow-up requirements.
