ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how different pain relief medications, specifically Tramadol, Paracetamol, and Diclofenac, affect the body’s sympathetic nervous system and blood circulation in people with osteoarthritis in their ankles or feet, as well as in healthy individuals. The researchers want to see how these medications influence things like blood pressure and heart rate, which are important for overall health.
To participate, you need to be at least 18 years old, either with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis or healthy. You’ll be asked to provide written consent to join the study. However, some people may not be eligible, including those with certain heart conditions, allergies to the study medications, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you join, you can expect to undergo tests that will help researchers learn more about how these medications work in the body. This trial is currently looking for participants, so it’s a great opportunity to contribute to important medical research.
