ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how the position of dental implants affects bone levels and soft tissue around them. Specifically, it compares implants placed at different heights relative to the gum line in people who have lost some teeth in the back of their mouth. The goal is to see which position might be better for maintaining healthy bone and gum tissue after the implants are placed.
To participate in this study, you should be between 18 and 75 years old and have lost 2 to 4 teeth in the back of your upper or lower jaw. You also need to have enough healthy bone to support the implants without needing additional surgical procedures. However, individuals with certain health conditions like diabetes or osteoporosis, or those who smoke heavily, are not eligible to join. If you qualify and decide to participate, you can expect to receive a dental implant and be monitored to see how your bone and gum tissues respond over time. This study is currently active but not recruiting new participants.
