ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying people who come to the emergency room with a sudden worsening of heart failure, a condition where the heart doesn’t pump blood as well as it should. The goal is to understand how likely patients are to be readmitted to the hospital or to pass away within 30 days and one year after they leave the hospital. The study compares two types of heart failure: one where the heart’s pumping ability is reduced, and another where the heart pumps normally but still has problems.
To join this study, patients need to be admitted to the emergency department in Monastir with heart failure as their main diagnosis. The study is open to adults of any gender, except pregnant or breastfeeding women, those who are very sick and need urgent breathing or heart support, or anyone who cannot follow the study instructions. Participants will be followed after their hospital stay to see how they are doing over time. This information can help doctors better understand heart failure and improve care for patients in the future.
