ClinConnect Summary
The E²-RADIatE trial is a research study focused on collecting important information about cancer patients who are receiving radiotherapy, which is a common treatment that uses high-energy rays to kill cancer cells. The goal of this study is to gather real-world data that can help improve future cancer treatments and better understand the role of radiotherapy in a team-based approach to cancer care. This study is currently recruiting participants, and it welcomes patients aged 12 and older who have been diagnosed with cancer and are planning to receive radiotherapy.
To participate, individuals must have a confirmed diagnosis of cancer and give their consent to join the study. Since this is a non-interventional study, participants will continue with their usual cancer treatment without changes. Throughout the trial, participants can expect to have their treatment and health information collected to help researchers learn more about how radiotherapy works in different situations. This study is a chance to contribute to important cancer research that could benefit future patients.
