ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new, non-invasive technique called Dual Beam Doppler Fourier-domain Optical Coherence Tomography (DOCT), which measures blood flow in the retina, the light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye. Understanding how reliable these measurements are over time is important as researchers aim to improve this technique for future use in eye care.
To participate in the trial, individuals must be healthy men and women aged between 18 and 35, who do not smoke and have normal eye health. Participants should not be taking any regular medications or have any significant health issues in the three weeks before joining the study. If eligible, participants can expect to undergo a simple procedure that helps researchers learn more about how well this technology works in measuring eye blood flow. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to important research in eye health!
