The Lyon Uveitis Study is researching uveitis, which is an inflammation of the eye that can lead to serious problems like vision loss. This study aims to understand the causes of uveitis better and to improve how patients are diagnosed and treated. If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with uveitis and is visiting the Department of Internal Medicine at the Croix-Rousse hospital in Lyon, France, you may be eligible to participate in this study.
Participants will be asked about their medical history, and doctors will perform tests to determine the cause of their uveitis and the treatments being used. By gathering this information, the study hopes to enhance the understanding of uveitis and help doctors provide better care for future patients. It’s important to note that the study is currently recruiting participants, and it is open to all genders aged 65 and older who have been diagnosed with uveitis.
