This clinical trial is focused on testing a new device called the APDS during colonoscopy procedures. Colonoscopies are tests used to look inside the colon and can help detect growths called polyps, which may lead to cancer. The main goal of the study is to see how well the APDS device works in finding these polyps, and to explore the possibilities of a newer version of the device in the future.

To participate in this study, individuals need to be at least 18 years old and able to read and understand the information provided about the trial. However, those with certain health issues, like bleeding disorders or serious illnesses, cannot participate. If eligible, participants can expect to undergo a standard colonoscopy with the added evaluation of the APDS device. The study is currently recruiting, and everyone, regardless of gender, is welcome to apply.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• Subjects must meet all the - criteria related to regular colonoscopy according to the standard of care at the Gastroenterology Department of the selected center, _In addition the following - criteria have to be met to be eligible for the study:
• • 1. Able to read, understand and provide written Informed Consent;
• • 2. Females or males - older than 18 years old
• Exclusion Criteria:
• Any of the following colonoscopy related exclusion criteria will exclude the subject from the study:
• • Bleeding disorder or unacceptable risk of bleeding
• • Terminal illness or life threatening malignancy
