ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how different factors can predict changes in daily living abilities for people with memory disorders, like Alzheimer's disease. Since there is currently no cure for these conditions, understanding what might cause a decline in independence is really important for improving patient care and support. The researchers will collect information from about 5,400 patients over a period of up to 10 years, checking their progress every 6 to 12 months to see how their ability to manage daily tasks changes over time.
To be eligible for the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have memory issues, whether they are mild or severe. They should be living at home or in supported housing, but not in a hospital or similar institution. Participants can expect to have regular check-ups and share their medical information, which will help researchers learn more about memory disorders and how to better support those affected. This study is currently recruiting participants in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region of France.
