ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring whether a procedure called Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies (PGT-A) can help women who have experienced recurrent implantation failure (RIF) achieve a successful pregnancy. RIF refers to the difficulty some women face when trying to become pregnant after transferring multiple good-quality embryos without success. The trial aims to determine if using PGT-A can improve the chances of a pregnancy continuing once an embryo is transferred and if it can also reduce the time it takes to get pregnant and lower the risk of miscarriage.

To participate in this trial, women need to meet certain criteria. They should have had at least four good-quality embryos transferred in at least three different attempts (fresh or frozen) without achieving a pregnancy. Additionally, they should have a body mass index (BMI) of less than 35 and a normal result from a procedure called hysteroscopy, which checks the inside of the uterus. However, women with certain conditions, like very thin uterine lining or severe endometriosis, are not eligible. If you decide to join this trial, you'll be part of an important study that could help improve pregnancy outcomes for women facing similar challenges.
