ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a medication called prednisolone might help women who have experienced three or more miscarriages in a row. The researchers want to learn about specific immune cells in the uterus, known as uterine natural killer (uNK) cells, to see how they relate to these miscarriages and the treatment with prednisolone. This study is currently looking for women under 40 years old who have a history of recurrent miscarriages, but there are some health conditions that would prevent someone from participating, such as allergies to the medication or certain uterine and blood disorders.
If you qualify and decide to participate, you'll be part of a study that aims to understand better how this treatment works. Participants can expect to undergo some assessments related to their health history and may receive the medication during the trial. It's important to remember that this is a research study, so the goal is to gather information that could help improve care for women facing similar challenges in the future.
