ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new treatment called autologous PRP (platelet-rich plasma) intra-ovarian infusion, which may help restore ovarian function in menopausal women. The goal is to see if this treatment can promote the growth of ovarian follicles (the structures that develop eggs) and improve hormone levels, potentially helping women who are experiencing infertility due to menopause.
To be eligible for the study, women must be between 45 and 55 years old, have not had a menstrual period for at least a year, and must have stopped any hormone treatments or other complementary therapies for at least three months before joining the trial. Participants can expect to receive the treatment and be monitored for its effects on their ovarian function and hormone levels. It's important to know that some women may not qualify due to certain health conditions or reproductive issues, so a thorough screening will be conducted.
