ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how exercise therapy and education can help people with knee osteoarthritis (OA) when they use a soft knee brace. The main goal is to see how these treatments affect pain and function in the knee after starting to wear the brace. If you are an adult aged 18 or older with knee OA and can read and understand Danish, you might be eligible to participate in this study.
If you join the trial, you will receive supervised exercise therapy and education about managing your knee OA. The researchers want to see how these combined approaches can improve your comfort and ability to move. Participation involves filling out questionnaires to help assess your progress. This study is currently recruiting volunteers, so it’s a great opportunity to get support for your knee health while contributing to important research.
